Information you choose to send

The public site does not provide a contact form, newsletter signup, public account, or comment feature. If you email us at zerkfm210@gmail.com, we receive the address and information you include and use it to review and respond to your message.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or material you are not authorized to share.

Hosting, security, and media delivery

Vercel hosts the application and Cloudflare R2 stores and delivers uploaded artwork, images, audio, and other media. Those providers may process ordinary technical request information for delivery, reliability, performance, abuse prevention, and security. That information may include an IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL, and the time of the request.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as optional analytics to understand aggregate traffic, feature usage, and technical performance. Analytics is off by default. The site does not load or initialize GA4 until you select Allow analytics. If you select Decline, the site does not send GA analytics data.

After you allow analytics, GA4 may measure page views; Track and Mix playback starts, progress milestones, endings, and errors; use of Start Rotation and Play Me Anything; completed Search activity without transmitting the search text; successful share methods and content categories; and categories of outbound-link activations. GA4 may also make ordinary device, browser, and approximate geography information available in its reports as part of Google's processing. We may use aggregate statistics to operate and improve the site and to describe its general audience or performance to sponsors, artists, collaborators, or business partners.

The site's custom analytics fields deliberately do not send raw search terms or query strings, page titles or content names, artist or sponsor names, destination URLs, or other text a visitor provides. Google still processes information associated with allowed GA4 measurement under its own terms and privacy practices; this policy does not claim that allowing analytics results in zero processing by Google.

Sponsors and advertising

Gachostyle.com may display paid sponsor or advertising placements. Sponsors may provide graphics, names or logos, promotional messages, and outbound links. Sponsorship means that promotional placement has been paid for.

We may use aggregate site statistics to describe general site traffic or performance to sponsors. We do not currently provide sponsors with individual visitor identities, create individual visitor profiles for sponsors, or use sponsor placements for cross-site behavioral advertising. With analytics consent, the site may count an outbound activation in the general sponsor category, but its custom analytics fields do not send the sponsor name or destination URL. If materially different sponsor or advertising measurement is introduced later, we will review the relevant privacy disclosures and visitor controls before launch.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser's localStorage under zfm:analytics-consent:v1. The value records whether you allowed or declined analytics; it is not used for advertising. You can reopen the same controls later by selectingPrivacy Choices in the public Footer.

If you allow analytics, GA4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain measurement state. Google controls how GA4 processes information after consent. If you later change from Allow to Decline, the site stops future analytics immediately and attempts to remove GA cookies and related browser-storage entries that its code can access. Some removal may depend on browser restrictions or whether the site can access a particular cookie or storage entry.

Separately, the site uses browser session storage to remember when you dismiss the notice for a particular live Twitch broadcast. The stored key begins with zfm-live-broadcast-dismissed:, stays in the current browser tab session, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Clerk provides authentication for the private Admin area and may use cookies or similar browser storage needed to maintain and secure an administrator session. Public visitors are not offered accounts. Twitch may also use its own cookies or similar storage when its optional player is loaded. These provider-controlled technologies are separate from the site-owned session preference described above.

Twitch and other external services

When a ZERK.FM live broadcast is enabled, the page may load an embedded video player directly from Twitch. Loading or using that player sends request information to Twitch and may allow Twitch to use its own cookies or similar technologies under its policies. Twitch chat is not embedded.

Listener Support, social, artist, ticket, sponsor, and other outbound links open services operated by third parties. If you choose to follow one, that service handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Sponsor links similarly lead to destinations controlled by sponsors or other third parties. If you choose Listener Support, you leave gachostyle.com and complete any support contribution at an external payment destination maintained on behalf of ZERK.FM. Gachostyle.com does not collect or process card details, bank credentials, Cash App credentials, or other payment credentials.

Advertising and data sharing

Gachostyle.com does not currently operate an advertising network or sell personal visitor information to sponsors or advertisers. Sponsors do not receive access to the private Admin area, visitor emails, or individual-level visitor analytics merely because they purchase a placement. The site does not use Google Ads, remarketing, Google Signals, ad personalization, behavioral session recording, or cross-site behavioral advertising. The GA4 implementation keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization denied.
