Using the site

You may browse the public catalog, listen through the provided player, and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not interfere with playback or site operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, misuse downloads, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Music, artwork, and site content

Music, recordings, mixes, artwork, photography, names, logos, writing, graphics, and other material remain the property of their respective owners and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights. Making material available to stream or view does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sample, perform, sell, reproduce, modify, or otherwise reuse it except where the site or the rights holder expressly allows it.

Copyright and infringement reports

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email zerkfm210@gmail.com with the URL of the material, a description of the work or right at issue, your contact information, and enough detail for us to review the report. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the review. This contact guidance does not state that a registered DMCA agent or another formal legal status has been established.

Sponsors and advertising

Gachostyle.com may contain paid sponsorships or advertising placements. Sponsors may provide promotional graphics, names, logos, messages, and links. Paid placements may be identified with language such as Sponsored or Advertisement. A paid placement does not automatically mean that Gacho Style, Gacho Records, or ZERK.FM endorses every product, service, statement, or practice of the sponsor.

Sponsor destinations are external services that we do not operate. Sponsors and other third parties are responsible for their websites, products or services, representations, privacy practices, terms, and legal compliance. We may reject, remove, suspend, or discontinue sponsor material that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, incompatible with the site, or otherwise inappropriate.

Commercial sponsor agreements addressing price, placement, duration, creative specifications, and other campaign details are separate from these public Terms of Use.

Listener Support

Support ZERK.FM links to an external payment destination maintained on behalf of ZERK.FM. You leave gachostyle.com to complete a support contribution, and the external provider's terms and privacy practices apply. Gachostyle.com does not collect or process card details, bank credentials, Cash App credentials, or other payment credentials. Listener Support is not a recurring subscription and does not create a membership, ownership interest, programming right, or entitlement to goods or services unless a specific offer explicitly says otherwise.

Analytics

The site offers optional, consent-controlled Google Analytics 4 measurement to understand aggregate traffic, usage, and performance and to help operate and improve the site. Analytics is off unless you select Allow analytics; declining analytics does not prevent you from using the public site and is not an acceptance requirement. Aggregate statistics may also be used to describe the site's general audience or performance to sponsors, artists, collaborators, or business partners. The controls and current data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Other external links and services

The site may link to or embed other third-party services, including Twitch, social platforms, artist and event destinations, payment destinations, and sponsor sites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices and are outside our control. We do not control their content, availability, or practices.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, remove, reorganize, publish, or unpublish site content and may suspend or change features when reasonably needed. We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain published.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The site and its content are provided as available, and we do not promise that every feature or item will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
